The heart of this packing is the Balanced Tangent Design Ring (BTD), which provides superior durability. SealVolution benefits from BTD’s single ring design, allowing a more compact compressor packing configuration. This advancement is critical in order to maximize equipment life while maintaining greater emissions-lowering capabilities. It offers compatibility with an optional Emissions Control Panel (ECP), ensuring both safety and emissions compliance. For greater reliability, SealVolution is customized to improve dynamic sealing of piston rods, with adjustable options for lubrication, cooling, venting and purging based on your requirements.
