Our Piezo bending actuators consist of two piezoceramic layers (bimorph or trimorph) and can be customized as monomorphic or multimorphic depending on the application. These actuators operate exclusively in the direction of polarization, resulting in a continuous “refresh” with each movement—ensuring consistent force and deflection throughout their lifetime. A special protective coating allows use under extreme climatic conditions. They enable deflections of several millimeters, forces of several Newtons, and extremely short response times. Their performance is proportional to the applied voltage, and they operate silently and without heat generation—making them ideal for precise, energy-efficient control tasks.
